110 Fitness Announces Gala To Support Parkinson’s

110 Fitness in Rockland is taking its annual Fight Back Gala celebration virtual on Friday, Sept. 25. All proceeds raised are added to the 110 Fitness Parkinson’s Programming scholarship fund.

The event will feature Gov. Charlie Baker, boxer Sugar Ray Leonard, inspirational talks by key players in the Parkinson’s community, including Dr. Jay Alberts from the Cleveland Clinic, and a keynote address by Davis Phinney, U.S. Olympic medalist and founder of the Davis Phinney Foundation, who created his foundation after being diagnosed with young-onset Parkinson’s Disease in 2000.

Participants can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a grand prize of $10,000, as well as $1,500, $1,000, $500 and two $250 cash prizes. The fundraiser also includes a virtual silent auction. Participants can go to 110fitness.givesmart.com to bid.
