The Falmouth Fund of The Cape Cod Foundation has launched its 13th year of grant making and will award up to $100,000 in grants to nonprofit organizations serving the Falmouth community. Since its inception, the fund has distributed more than $900,000 in grants to nearly 90 nonprofit organizations.
This year, the fund will accept proposals for both programmatic and capacity building projects. Successful grant proposals will support diverse needs across the community in the areas of health and human services; education, youth, and recreation; arts and culture; or the environment.
There will be an informal online Q&A session for nonprofit organizations on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at 9 a.m. Members of The Cape Cod Foundation team will answer questions about The Falmouth Fund’s guidelines, application, and technical support.
The grant application deadline is Wednesday, Dec. 15. Grant recipients will be announced in February 2022. Grant guidelines, additional information, and links to the Q&A session and online application are available at capecodfoundation.org
“Through the ongoing support of our donors, we have been able to award significant grants every year while also staying committed to creating a permanent endowment to support the community for the long-term,” said Sharon Nunes, chair of The Falmouth Fund.
