Application deadline approaching for affordable rentals at Laurentide at Mashpee Commons

Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) is encouraging residents to submit their applications for new affordable rentals at Laurentide at Mashpee Commons.
The senior living community has several affordable units available for those over the age of 62 who meet income eligibility requirements. The deadline to submit an application for those apartments is Tuesday, August 14 at 5 pm.
Applications are available online at www.haconcapecod.org or in-person at the following locations: HAC’s office at 460 West Main Street, Hyannis; Mashpee Town Hall at 16 Great Neck Road; or Mashpee Public Library at 64 Steeple Street.
Affordable units include a studio/assisted living apartment priced at $3,018.75 per month; a companion/memory care apartment (2-person occupancy) priced at $3,018.75 per month; and 4 one-bedroom/assisted living apartments priced at $3,234.38 per month. Rent includes meals, housekeeping, laundry, personal care, utilities and more.
The maximum annual income is $48,300 for the studio unit and $51,750 for the 1-bedroom apartments.
