HANOVER and COHASSET, MA, ISSUED SEPTEMBER 24, 2018…Axiom Architects (www.axiomarchitects.com), specializing in residential and commercial architecture for 40 years, was recently awarded the 2 Smith Place Building project, located at 2 Smith Place in Cohasset.
This three-story mixed-use building will feature 17 one- and two-bedroom condominium residences on all floors and some commercial space on the first floor. The project encompasses 22,800 square feet, and is expected to be completed over the next one to two years.
Because of the property’s location in the Village Business District in downtown Cohasset, the structure will be designed to fit into a traditional New England-style of architecture, with gable-style roof forms and traditional detailing.
