BayCoast Bank this week announced two staffing changes.
Susan Bosley of Newport, R.I. was named Vice President Business Development and Relationship Management Officer.
In this role, she is responsible for developing new business opportunities through building and deepening relationships that will extend the bank’s regional presence.
Bosley, who began her career as a design assistant with Polo/Ralph Lauren Design Studio in New York City, brings extensive experience in business development, marketing and public relations to her post, most recently as business development officer with BankProv.
She is a graduate of State University College at Buffalo with a bachelor of science in Fashion Technology and also holds as associate’s degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
In addition, Robert Bergdoll of Attleboro was appointed First Vice President Marketing Director.
In this role, he is responsible for developing marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, identifying customers and their current and future needs and capitalizing on strategic opportunities and innovation.
Bergdoll brings 25 years of data-driven marketing experience to his post at BayCoast Bank, most recently as senior director, Database Marketing with Collette Travel Services Inc. He is a graduate of Western New England University with a bachelor of science in Business Administration/Management.
