Blumshapiro Announces Merger With The Brighton Company

Blumshapiro, the largest regional business advisory firm based in New England, with offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Virginia, has announced a merger with The Brighton Company of Burlington, Mass. The merger, which became official on Aug. 15, will further expand and fortify blumshapiro’s position as the leading accounting, tax and advisory firm in the region.

The office will remain based out of its existing location in Burlington.  It is blum’s sixth office in Massachusetts, joining others in Boston, Newton, Worcester, Quincy and North Andover. With this merger, blum expects to expand its employee base to more than 500 people.
