Blumshapiro Foundation Awards Nearly $80,000 In Funding

The blumshapiro Foundation recently distributed nearly $80,000 in grant awards to support non-profit organizations operating across New England, members of the firm’s Planned Giving Committee announced today.

The foundation’s latest wave of grant funding was spread across 35 individual non-profit organizations dedicated to serving families and children in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Between these grants, recent donations to local food banks, investments in scholarship programs and other philanthropic initiatives, the foundation has invested more than $118,000 in the communities blumshapiro serves over the course of 2020.

“At blum, we are committed to being active members of the communities we serve, and we are proud to support the many non-profit organizations who are working every day to make these communities better places to live and work,” said Joseph Kask, CEO of blumshapiro.
