Brown Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architects, Inc. is pleased to announce their current design collaboration with the Non-Profit Partnership in Housing Inc. on a special needs housing community in Dartmouth, MA. The Mendes-Monteiro House is a new senior and congregate housing community that will include four individual apartments for independent living as well as a congregate living wing with four bedrooms and shared living spaces. The project recently received $500,000 in Community Preservation Funds from the Town of Dartmouth to move forward towards final design and construction.
Brown Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architects, Inc. works with multiple developers in designing various types of housing communities, including three projects currently in progress; The Terrapin Ridge Housing Community in Sandwich, the Brewster Woods Housing Community in Brewster, and Cape Cod Village in Orleans for adults with autism.
