DESCRIPTION:Housing Assistance to Hold Groundbreaking in Brewster\nSpring Rock Village will bring 45 affordable rental homes to the Lower Cape \nWHAT: Housing Assistance\, a nonprofit focused on addressing housing insecurity on Cape Cod\, in partnership with the Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) and the Town of Brewster\, will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for Spring Rock Village\, a new 45-unit affordable rental development. The development will create much-needed year-round housing for moderate- and low-income individuals and families\, including 15 one-bedroom units\, 25 two-bedroom units\, and five three-bedroom units\, while permanently preserving the majority of the existing 16-acre woodland habitat. \nWHO: U.S. Congressman Bill Keating\nState Sen.
