Whether you’re curious\, cautious\, or already experimenting\, this session will help you understand how to leverage AI as a support tool\, not a replacement\, for your business. \nAbout Our Speakers \nKate Stallings is the owner of Kate Creative Media LLC\, a web design and digital marketing company located in Canton\, MA and Delray Beach\, Florida. Whether you need to spruce up your current website or searching for the right local company to help bring your business online this year with a sophisticated website\, she can help. \nRuth Agbaji is an entrepreneur\, educator\, and AI strategist dedicated to helping small business owners unlock growth through innovation. She is the founder of Thraive AI\, where she builds custom AI-powered knowledge assistants that transform the way franchisors\, healthcare systems\, and coaching brands deliver training\, support\, and scale. \nRuth’s journey began in Nigeria\, where she developed her passion for problem-solving and technology. After moving to the United States\, she combined her technical expertise with her love for teaching to launch Code Wiz\, a children’s coding and robotics franchise that grew to over 40 locations nationwide. Her leadership and vision earned her recognition as a thought leader in both education and entrepreneurship. \nToday\, Ruth brings the same spirit of innovation to her work in AI. She is the author of The 25-Hour Day\, a forthcoming book that shows small business owners how to reclaim time and accelerate growth with practical AI tools. She also speaks at conferences and universities\, including Babson College\, where she helps entrepreneurs embrace emerging technologies with confidence. \nBeyond business\, Ruth is deeply committed to empowering underrepresented voices and building tools that make knowledge more accessible. Her TEDx talk\, “Think Like a Coder\,” highlights her belief in creativity\, grit\, and the transformative power of building something from nothing. \nApril Hunter (she/they) is an Energetic Business Growth Specialist\, Business Psychic Medium\, and Fractional CFO. As the founder of Metaphysical Money\, April blends Human Design\, intuitive guidance\, and financial systems to help spiritual entrepreneurs structure their business with soul. SUMMARY:H-2B Visa Info Session (In-Person Registration)
DESCRIPTION:Join Tocci & Lee and Antioch Associates for our annual H-2B Visa Info Session on how to access the H-2B Visa process for temporary seasonal employees. \n\nThe H-2B visa program is part of the United States Citizen and Immigration Service (USCIS) otherwise known as the Department of Homeland Security. In conjunction with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)\, employers who can prove a temporary\, seasonal or periodic recurring need for full-time workers in particular job titles that cannot be filled with U.S. workers are certified to bring in Temporary Foreign Workers to fill those positions for a specific period of up to 9 full months. The processing and requirements are significantly different from J-1 visa workers who are students allowed to work on a temporary basis if their stay in the USA is tied to cultural exchange. To be certified\, employers are required to provide payroll and tax documentation showing that their need for seasonal labor for a specific job title is periodic or traditionally tied to a season of the year by an event or pattern of a recurring nature. Seasonal need varies from one state or geographic area to another. Join us and get your questions answered.
