Whether you need to spruce up your current website or searching for the right local company to help bring your business online this year with a sophisticated website\, she can help. \nRuth Agbaji is an entrepreneur\, educator\, and AI strategist dedicated to helping small business owners unlock growth through innovation. She is the founder of Thraive AI\, where she builds custom AI-powered knowledge assistants that transform the way franchisors\, healthcare systems\, and coaching brands deliver training\, support\, and scale. \nRuth’s journey began in Nigeria\, where she developed her passion for problem-solving and technology. After moving to the United States\, she combined her technical expertise with her love for teaching to launch Code Wiz\, a children’s coding and robotics franchise that grew to over 40 locations nationwide. Her leadership and vision earned her recognition as a thought leader in both education and entrepreneurship. \nToday\, Ruth brings the same spirit of innovation to her work in AI. She is the author of The 25-Hour Day\, a forthcoming book that shows small business owners how to reclaim time and accelerate growth with practical AI tools. She also speaks at conferences and universities\, including Babson College\, where she helps entrepreneurs embrace emerging technologies with confidence. \nBeyond business\, Ruth is deeply committed to empowering underrepresented voices and building tools that make knowledge more accessible. Her TEDx talk\, “Think Like a Coder\,” highlights her belief in creativity\, grit\, and the transformative power of building something from nothing. \nApril Hunter (she/they) is an Energetic Business Growth Specialist\, Business Psychic Medium\, and Fractional CFO.
