Cape Cod 5 Hires Eric Lavoie and Christopher Spence as Banking Center Managers

Orleans, MA – Cape Cod 5 recently announced the hiring of Eric Lavoie and Chris Spence to its Banking Services Department. Both Lavoie and Spence will serve as Banking Center Managers.
“Eric and Chris are each joining Cape Cod 5 with over 10 years of experience in financial services management,” said Dorothy A. Savarese, President and CEO of Cape Cod 5. “They will play an important role in helping ensure that our customers receive the guidance and advice to meet their financial objectives.”
Lavoie comes to the Bank after having served as branch manager at a service organization, a role in which he oversaw financial services, insurance, travel and member services. Prior to that, he served as branch manager for two national banks.
Lavoie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Economics from Emmanuel College and has completed management development programs with two of his former employers.
Prior to joining the Bank, Spence worked for two national banks in roles with increasing responsibility, including branch manager, vice president, assistant vice president and retail sales coach. Spence completed coursework at Pennsylvania State University and at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
