Orleans, MA – Cape Cod 5 has been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe. This is the second year in a row that the Bank has received this award, which includes an evaluation of an organization’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits and engagement via a confidential employee survey. This year, Cape Cod 5 ranked 14th among all large employers in the state.
“We are honored to receive this award, which highlights our passionate team of employees,” said Dorothy A. Savarese, Chair and CEO of Cape Cod 5. “We at Cape Cod 5 are committed to fostering a workplace where all employees can bring their best selves to work and unleash their talents for the benefit of our customers, members of the community and each other.”
The employee survey information was collected by Energage, an independent research company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
Over 60,000 individuals from over three hundred Massachusetts organizations were surveyed in consideration for the Top Places to Work. A full list of rankings can be found online at The Boston Globe and in the Sunday, November 17 issue of The Boston Globe Magazine.
