Cape Cod Culinary Incubator announces new officers and directors

The Cape Cod Culinary Incubator announces new directors and officers. At the May Board of Directors meeting, Harry Henry of Harwich, MA was elected President of the organization, joining Vice-President Bert Jackson and Treasurer Roberta Miller. Harry succeeds Lee Hill, founder of the organization. Lee has retired from the board and the organization. His contributions to its genesis and early development are greatly appreciated by the Board, and all wish him well in his next ventures.
Harry is an experienced high tech marketing executive and entrepreneur, having served various companies in a COO role. Currently, he runs the Global 5000 database operation. He also serves on the board of directors of Primetrica, a West Coast based telecommunications research and analysis firm. “I am pleased to be stepping into this role in the organization at a time when we are receiving great feedback and enthusiasm from the Cape Cod community.”
Bert Jackson is CEO of the Cape Cod Technology Council, and Director of Community Engagement at the Cape Cod Blue Economy Project. He is also a chef and former owner of several food service establishments.
Roberta Miller is Executive Director of the Cape Cod Art Center including the Photographic Center of Cape Cod, where she was a co-founder. As a member of the Barnstable Village Long Range Planning Committee, Roberta was instrumental in recently obtaining Cultural District designation status for Barnstable Village.
CCCI Executive Director Dr. Alan Zox, who joined the organization last summer, said, “Harry brings a wealth of corporate marketing and organization skills to our table. He has that unique mix of vision and pragmatism that’s just what we need to move to the next phase of our growth.”

The Commercial Kitchen Coop of Cape Cod, Inc., doing business as the Cape Cod Culinary Incubator, was founded in 2013 as a non-profit corporation to pursue a mission of economic development through job creation via education, community, and providing shared-use commercial kitchen facilities for Cape Cod Food Industry entrepreneurs.
