The Mall’s Entertainment Options to Include New Dining, Bowling, Laser Tag, State of the Art Arcade Games, and More
Simon (NYSE:SPG), a global leader in premier shopping, dining and entertainment destinations announced today that Cape Cod Mall will open the first Ten Pin Eatery, a family entertainment and dining concept, part of a joint venture from the Cape Cod based Ryan Family Amusements and Chapin’s Restaurant Group. Construction on the multi-million dollar project will begin in the fall and is slated for completion in spring 2018.
“We are really looking forward to introducing this distinctive entertainment concept between two well-known Cape Cod businesses to shoppers here at Cape Cod Mall, creating a unique experience for visitors of all age groups,” said Jason Huer, Mall Manager, Cape Cod Mall. “The arrival of Ten Pin Eatery has been in the works for some time, and we have kept the Cape Cod community and our shoppers’ comfort and convenience top of mind by creating an entertainment destination for dining and socializing. The construction work will be performed to minimize any disruption to our shoppers during the mall’s regular operating hours, and we’ll also be sharing updates regularly on our social media channels.”
This will be the first location for Ten Pin Eatery, which is a part of Ryan Family Amusements and the Chapin’s Restaurant Group and will provide both a fresh, new entertainment concept and sit-down dining option for the center. Cape Cod Mall will welcome Ten Pin Eatery to the property in 2018 which will be located in the Macy’s Men’s wing and will feature:
- 11 lanes of ‘Ten Pin’ bowling
- Two-story, 24 player laser tag
- 50 state of the art arcade games
- Cutting-edge lighting and sound system
- Private three-lane bowling area (ideal for corporate events, birthday parties, etc.)
Built within Ten Pin Eatery will be a popular Cape Cod favorite, Chapin’s Restaurant. Chapin’s culinary team will spotlight fresh quality food with savory dishes, hearty plates and lighter offerings. Along with the extensive and tempting menu, there will be a full-service bar complete with multiple large screen TVs to watch sports and more.

In addition to the local businesses that will open next year, All Good, another Cape Cod business is now open at the mall. All Good is a family owned and operated resort wear and accessories shop. All Good carries lines and collections from Salt Life, Natural Life, as well as an array of Cape Cod branded clothing and gifts. The store is dedicated to creating a positive and relaxing shopping experience, inspiring people to live happy and enjoy the little things in life. The store is located in the Sears wing, across from Aeropostale.
