PLYMOUTH, Mass. (April 18, 2019) – Chick-fil-A Plymouth is set to open on Thursday, May 9 and local owner Allen Lerner is excited to begin serving the community and his Team Members. As the Owner and Operator, Lerner will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, employing approximately 100 full- and part-time employees, building relationships with local organizations and businesses, and serving guests. Chick-fil-A Plymouth, located at 49 Commerce Way, will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Born and raised in New England, Lerner is elated to open Plymouth’s first Chick-fil-A restaurant. Just weeks away from opening, he is most looking forward to teaching and developing his Team Members as he wants his restaurant to act as a guiding employer in Plymouth.
“I’m excited to combine my military service and corporate experience with my passion for leading and developing people,” said Lerner. “I look forward to serving my neighbors with dignity and respect in a welcoming and hospitable environment.”
An advocate for his community, Lerner is committed to supporting youth and educational programs, along with veterans and first responders.
