Cape Cod Academy, a co-educational, college preparatory school serving students from kindergarten to Grade 12 on Cape Cod, announces that Chris Wray of Chatham has been appointed to the school’s board of trustees effective Feb. 1.
Wray recently retired from a 36-year career, initially in finance and consulting, before setting up his own company in 2005 to provide commercial piloting and consultancy services to onshore helicopter operating companies. His career began in consulting at
Arthur Andersen and later Andersen Consulting. From there he moved into a variety of investment banking front office technology roles at JP Morgan, Chase Manhattan and Barclays.
He earned a master’s degree in Biochemistry from Oxford University and a master’s in Finance from the London Business School.
