Coastal Engineering Co. has announced that Sean Riley, PE, has recently been promoted to Vice President, Business Development. Riley has been a valuable part of the Executive Team at Coastal Engineering and this appointment recognizes his dedication, forthright vision, and accomplishments in client service. In his role as Civil Engineering Division Manager, Riley’s responsibilities include overseeing the site analysis and layout, wastewater treatment, stormwater management, and construction contract administration aspects of projects. As a Vice President, he will be responsible for the business development of the company in achieving the overall strategic goals.
