PLYMOUTH, Mass., (December 1, 2019) – Commonwealth Senior Living Management, launches as a
one-stop-shop for both management of nursing homes and assisted living communities, as well as
providing expertise in the areas of suitability, licensing, transition planning and regulatory management
for clients throughout Massachusetts.
The Commonwealth leadership team includes partners Robert Eisenstein, Mathew Muratore, Patrick
Flaherty and Joe Veno, as Chief Operating Officer. These partners have unprecedented experience from
every level of the nursing home and assisted living industries. Their awareness of evolving best practices,
survey process, acquisitions, closures and other transitional processes help Commonwealth’s clients
succeed no matter what challenge they’re facing. In fact, it’s Commonwealth’s mission of building strong
relationships with staff, residents and families leading to positive culture in all their facilities that has
earned the company high-star ratings, positive survey outcomes and strong financial performance for its
clients.
In addition to the experience the partners bring to Commonwealth, many of the executive team began
their careers as nurse’s aides, dietary aides, central supply clerks and other ground-level positions in the
healthcare industry. Today, their experience includes regional operations directors, Vice President-level
managers, owners of their own companies and now proud members of the Commonwealth Senior Living
Management team.
Leading this team is COO and industry veteran Joe Veno. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
since 1996, Veno has spent his career operating and managing facilities with a track record of
performance in both quality measurements and financial performance. As COO, Veno will lead the
financial and operational management of Commonwealth’s clients.
“We pride ourselves on operating the highest quality facilities with the care of residents as our top
priority,” said partner Robert Eisenstein. “Joe Veno is a natural fit for our team, as he’s demonstrated over
his career that he shares those same values.”
“It is refreshing to join an organization where the executive team leads with quality of care as the top
priority,” Veno said. “Over decades of operating facilities, this approach means stronger relationships
with families and staff as well as financially thriving buildings.”
