For the seventh consecutive year, Jack Conway & Co., Inc. was named one of the Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work in Massachusetts. The family-owned independent real estate firm, with offices from Swampscott to Cape Cod, continues to have the “happiest employees in the state,” according to the newspaper’s findings.
The Globe’s confidential survey asked staff members in large, midsize and small companies to rate such factors as their general satisfaction on the job, their confidence in the firm’s leadership, the fairness of their pay scale, and their sense of feeling genuinely appreciated for what they do.
“We are grateful that our 657 associates feel good about their workplace,” said Conway CEO/President Carol Bulman. “Our agents, managers, and staff enjoy their offices and their colleagues, and they appreciate the resources, training, and recognition that Jack Conway provides.”
More than 82,000 employees at 318 Bay State firms took this year’s Boston Globe survey. The list of 128 Top Places to Work was published on November 18.
