For the seventh consecutive year, Jack Conway, Realtor has ranked among the top workplaces in the Commonwealth, according to the Boston Globe’s newly released list of “125 Top Places to Work in Massachusetts.” Conway moved up from #20 among “large companies” in 2016 to #10 this year.
The Globe rankings are based on confidential surveys completed by more than 75,000 employees at 334 firms across the state. Individuals are asked to rate such factors as their general satisfaction on the job, their confidence in the firm’s leadership, the fairness of their pay scale, and their sense of feeling genuinely appreciated for what they do.
“I am so grateful that our 708 associates have once again voted Jack Conway into the winner’s circle of top workplaces,” said Conway CEO/President Carol Bulman. “We always strive to provide a supportive, caring environment for our agents, staff and managers, and let them know how much they’re valued on a daily basis. We want them to look forward to coming to work in Conway Country, and I believe they do.”
Katie Johnston, the Globe’s Top Workplaces Editor, says this year’s winners share a few common traits. “They offer progressive benefits, give their employees a voice, and encourage them to have some fun while they’re at it,” said Johnston. “Treating staff members well isn’t that difficult, and the payoff—increased morale, retention and productivity—is huge.”
Conway’s VP of Sales Janet Pistone and Dorchester Manager Rocklyn Clarke attended a reception revealing the Globe’s 125 Top Places to Work winners at the Boston Design Center.
