Carol Bulman, CEO and President of Jack Conway & Co., Inc., was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN), a multi-state multiple listing service with a subscriber base of nearly 40,000 licensed real estate professionals. Bulman, who is the daughter of the late Jack Conway, has more than 30 years of experience in her family’s firm and the Massachusetts housing industry.

“It is an honor for me to represent the South Shore region as a member of the MLS PIN Board of Directors,” said Bulman. “I have the privilege of continuing my father’s legacy of leading a 100 percent privately-owned real estate company, and as an independent, our affiliation with the MLS Property Information Network is critical to our ability to service to our clients and our agents.”

Under Bulman’s leadership since 2009, Jack Conway, Realtor acquired six real estate companies and, for the first time, brought its services to homeowners of the North Shore. She strengthened her firm’s one-stop shopping service by creating Conway Insurance and Conway Move management, and reestablished Conway Financial Services. She is a past member of the Executive Committee of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and is currently the co-chair of the South Shore Redevelopment Committee.

A lifelong philanthropist, Bulman is a trustee for the South Shore Hospital Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a global relocation network with 550 companies and 130,000 sales associates in the U.S. and abroad.
