HYANNIS, MA – August 13, 2019 – Simon®, a global leader in premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-used destinations, announced today that as part of Cape Cod Mall’s redevelopment, the property will welcome the largest U.S.-based, full-line omni-channel sporting goods retailer, DICK’S Sporting Goods, in the summer of 2020.

The new 46,000 square foot store will be DICK’S Sporting Goods first location on Cape Cod. DICK’S is an authentic full-line sporting goods retailer offering a broad assortment of brand name sporting goods equipment, apparel and footwear in a specialty store environment. DICK’S will be located next to Target which will open this fall.
