Patrick Flaherty, founder of Guided Living Senior Home Care, and Robert Eisenstein, Executive Director of Laurelwood at The Pinehills, have announced the forming of their new business, Eisenstein Flaherty and Associates, a management consulting firm serving assisted living communities throughout Massachusetts. Eisenstein has lived and worked in the Plymouth community for over 25 years in a variety of health care settings including BID Plymouth, nursing homes, and assisted living communities. Flaherty employs over 100 people through his home health care organization which services Plymouth and Barnstable counties. Both Eisenstein and Flaherty are well known in the Plymouth area for their active involvement in community organizations such as Plymouth Rotary, the BID Plymouth Business Partnership and many other community service projects.
The company was born from merging the professional philosophies and experience of both Patrick and Robert. EF offers to educate, mentor and become working partners with their clients in the senior living industry to help them build a strong foundation of positive culture, engagement and personal relationships. The result is to enhance an assisted living’s performance with their residents, staff and community partners ultimately improving its financial success.
