Cara Cipullo is the Owner and CEO of Cape & Plymouth Business Marketing, a full-service agency serving the South Shore, South Coast, and Cape Cod.

Since joining the company in 2022, she has quickly risen to lead its growth in digital, print, and event-based marketing. As the first female owner in 20 years, Cara brings a strong background in communications, community engagement, and strategic leadership. A Suffolk University graduate and 40 Under 40 honoree, she remains deeply involved in local business organizations, continuing to champion innovative marketing and meaningful community connections.

Kevin Hennessey is the CEO of Brabo Payroll and Insurance, a veteran-founded enterprise headquartered in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Under his leadership, Brabo has grown to serve over 1,000 companies across the United States, providing a comprehensive suite of services that include payroll, HRIS, ASO, benefits, and insurance solutions. Specializing as a managed service provider for HR and payroll technologies, Brabo leverages platforms like ADP Run and Paylocity to deliver top-notch services. Rachel Leone
LEONE Marketing Solutions

Rachel Leone is president of Leone Marketing Solutions, a promotional products and apparel firm based in Hingham. Leone Marketing has been in business for 21 years and is 100% women owned and certified by the state of Massachusetts.

Rachel graduated from Boston University with a degree in Communications and has her MBA from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Business. She has specialized her career in marketing and advertising working for Arnold Communications and then a Director of Marketing and Sales at RCN before starting her business in 2004. It’s the best thing so ever did!

She has been local most of her life as she grew up in Norwell, she has lived in Hingham for the past 19 years with her husband Roy of 26 years and her twin boys Nicholas and Thomas (18) and their dog Bella, the other female in the house!
