You will also hear 3 successful pivoting stories from veteran small business owners facing a substantial loss in revenue when Covid-19 hit in March 2020: Deanna Junge, owner of Landmark Finish Deanna and her husband, Stewart Junge, own and operate Landmark Finish, an award-winning custom cabinet shop located in Andover, MA. They have been in business for nearly 20 years serving commercial and residential clients throughout New England. Due to COVID, they pivoted their business to add plastic products by designing a line of clear protection barriers called Safe-Guards. Molly McPherson, owner of Molly McPherson & Associates As a PR-certified communicator and speaker, Molly McPherson combines her knowledge of emerging communication practices with years of news and crisis management experience to help organizations manage issues — from bubbling to a full-blown crisis — to ensure they emerge with their reputation intact. Molly is the host of the Confident Communications Podcast. Previously she was director of communications for the Cruise Line International Association in Arlington, VA and worked with FEMA’s Office of External Affairs during post-Hurricane Katrina efforts to help launch their first social media program. George Jackman, owner of Truly, Truly, Clean George Jackman is the founder of Truly, Truly Clean, a one stop shop for all its commercial clients cleaning needs. His prior experience includes serving 12 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, then serving as the Operations Manager for Cincom, a national cleaning firm specializing in megaplex movie theaters. George is also an ordained minister and has started three churches. In addition to his business, George also trains ministers in New Hampshire and oversees churches in India and ministries in Nepal and Haiti, where he trains pastors and works with and educates orphans.
