The Shape Your Cape Summit is BACK for its fifth year – and we are taking it virtual! That’s right – with the unknowns around our world’s current events, we’ve decided to bring the Summit back in 2021 virtually so that we can continue to shape Cape Cod into a vibrant place to live and work for young professionals, year-round. This year, we’re excited to continue facilitating forward-thinking conversation, interactive learning opportunities, and community connections at the ONLY conference created for – and by – the Cape’s young workforce community.
Topics at this year’s event will focus on resilience and will be built around the COVID-19 survey CCYP developed in 2020 to capture the needs of professionals during these trying times. The event is designed to further regional understanding and action around a variety of issues that impact the quality of life and career opportunities for young people living and working on Cape Cod.
The keynote speaker presented by Eastern Bank, will be Julie Brown, a sought after speaker, networking expert, business strategist, Author of This Shit Works: A No-Nonsense Guide to Networking Your Way to More Friends, More Adventures, and More Success, a book dedicated to making networking easy, accessible (and even fun!) as well as the host of the This Shit Works podcast.
