Developing Your Plan B Workshop

All Cape Cod businesses have been buffeted to one extent or another by the conditions caused by the pandemic. While they have adapted as well as possible by adopting changes to their methods and pursued whatever financial assistance may have been available, for many the plans just haven’t worked sufficiently well to persist. A Plan B is needed. The Community Development Partnership and SCORE Cape Cod and the Islands are joining together to host a workshop that will explore the elements of a Plan B. This will cover two principal concepts – first, business triage, or how to position yourself to generate sufficient cash flow to continue; and second, options to consider if generating sufficient cash flow to continue is not possible.
