The 2018 Falmouth Citizen of the Year nomination forms are now available at the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce, 20 Academy Lane, or by download from the website homepage, falmouthchamber.com. A list of previous winners is included on the nomination form. Previous nominees must be resubmitted in order to be considered, as only those nominations received this year will be reviewed by the Board of Directors.
Nominees must live or work in Falmouth and their activities should be centered here. The Citizen of the Year will be recognized for leadership and performance above and beyond the scope of their paid profession, and they do not have to be a member of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce. The selection will be made based on a broad scope of activities over the course of more than a year that make a lasting impact on the Falmouth community. No award will be made for a single activity, no matter how well executed, and no award is given posthumously.

Entries must be received by March 1st, 2018. The 2018 Citizen of the Year will be celebrated at the Chamber’s Annual Dinner, Thursday, April 12th, at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel.
