January 7, 2020 – First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union announces the grand opening of their full service branch located on 1095 Washington Street in Hanover, MA for January 22nd at 8:30am. This is First Citizens’ twelfth full service branch and first in Hanover. The design features a modern, open concept and includes a pod-style teller line. The new branch also offers an Interactive Teller Machine and a 24-hour drive-up ATM. Hanover is fully staffed with 8 team members including a mortgage and business lender to help with all of the community’s needs.

Giselle Crowell will remain our Mortgage Originator for the Plymouth County and reside at this new location. She has been with the credit union for over three years and has established herself in the community as an expert, knowledgeable lender.
Michael Litzenburger has recently joined the credit union as our newest VP/ Commercial Loan Officer for the Norfolk and Plymouth Counties. He has over 19 years of banking experience and is well acclimated in the Hanover area. Michael has already been an asset by connecting First Citizens’ with the good businesses of Hanover and being a resource to them.
Brian Lawless is the newest addition to the team as our Sales & Service Manager for Hanover. Brian has been in the industry for over 16 years and grew up in Plymouth. Brian will be helping to expand First Citizens’ footprint by gaining new business, further embedding himself into the community and growing the branch and his team.
