First Citizens’ unveiled its newly remodeled Orleans branch which includes an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) to its members on Wednesday July 12, 2018.
The new design includes a bright, open atmosphere for our members to provide a better banking experience. One of the main features of the remodel is the transition over to a teller “pod” versus a teller line to promote more communication between members and staff.  This creates a more personable experience for the member with less waiting in line. A new member area will feature large screen TVs and a coffee station.
We have also exchanged our traditional ATM with an ITM. An Interactive Teller Machine, or an ITM, combines the ease and accessibility of an ATM with the personal touch of banking in a branch – which means you can talk to a real person through a video monitor. Try our ITM now through July 23rd to be entered for a chance to win $50 daily!
The new branch will continue to offer a complete range of financial services including deposit services, real estate, consumer, auto and small business loans. Residents of Orleans and the surrounding communities are invited to check out the newly remodeled branch.
