Red Jacket Resorts has announced the promotion of Hollie Handrahan to General Manager at the Red Jacket Beach Resort in South Yarmouth, MA. Originally from Prince Edward Island, Canada, Hollie is a graduate of Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School and attended Cape Cod Community College’s Hospitality Program. She has over 25 years of hospitality experience on Cape Cod including nearly three years as the Assistant General Manager at Red Jacket Beach Resort. “I have always loved the hospitality business as no one day is the same as the next,” says Handrahan.
In her new role, Hollie will manage the daily operations of the Red Jacket Beach Resort, an oceanfront resort in South Yarmouth with 164 guest rooms and vacation homes, dining, resort activities and guest services. Open seasonally from April to October, Red Jacket Beach Resort is located on a private beach on Nantucket Sound and welcomes vacationing families and couples, groups, corporate meetings, weddings and special events. Handrahan joins a strong team of General Managers at Red Jacket Resorts on Cape Cod, including Ryan O’Loughlin of Green Harbor Resort, Matthew Carney of Blue Rock Resort and Bruce Pelczarski of Riviera Beach and Blue Water Resorts.
