Jordan Hospital Club announces fifth annual Hopfest Fundraiser to benefit behavioral health and substance use awareness

The Jordan Hospital Club is proud to announce its continued support of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth’s Integrated Healthcare and Substance Use Collaborative (IHCSUC) to help address the challenges of behavioral health and substance use needs of individuals and families on the South Shore. Throughout the region, communities are struggling with a substance use epidemic that threatens the lives of individuals and weakens the fabric of families and communities.
The BID-Plymouth IHCSUC brings together healthcare providers and local behavioral health programs in a coordinated model of care to better support those struggling with medical, behavioral health, and substance use needs.
As an independent, all volunteer, fundraising organization, the Jordan Hospital Club is helping BID-Plymouth and the Plymouth Recovery Center shine a light on the issue and will host the Fifth Annual HOPEFEST on November 16 in Plymouth to raise funds and awareness around the importance of behavioral health and substance use integration and peer-to-peer recovery.
