Fundraiser to support the Integrated Healthcare and Substance Use Collaborative at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth
PLYMOUTH, MA – The Jordan Hospital Club is proud to support the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth (BID-Plymouth) Integrated Healthcare and Substance Use Collaborative to help address the challenges of behavioral health and substance use needs of individuals and families on the South Shore. Throughout the region, communities are struggling with a substance use epidemic that threatens the lives of individuals and weakens the fabric of families and communities.
The BID-Plymouth Integrated Healthcare and Substance Use Collaborative brings together healthcare providers and local behavioral health programs in a coordinated model of care to better support those struggling with medical, behavioral health, and substance use needs.
As an independent, all volunteer, fundraising organization, the Jordan Hospital Club is helping BID-Plymouth and the Plymouth Recovery Center shine a light on the issue and will host the Sixth Annual HOPEFEST on November 8th in Plymouth to raise funds and awareness around the importance of behavioral health and substance use integration and peer-to-peer recovery.
