Housing Assistance is shifting the format of its 17th annual Telethon for Hope to a celebration concert featuring popular local musicians. The event will raise funds to help people in need stay housed through the winter.
Scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 3, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., the telethon will feature several of the Cape’s top entertainers, including singer-songwriter Sarah Swain, singer and actor Larry Marsland, motivational speaker Jonathan Thompson of JT’s Chronicles, Super Soulshine and musicians David Bussiere and Troy Williams.
The Telethon for Hope will be broadcast on local cable channels 98 and 99 as well as on Housing Assistance’s Facebook page and YouTube channel and on www.CapeCod.com
