Master Millwork Receives $6 Million In Loans For Business Expansion

Rockland Trust has provided Master Millwork with $6 million in loans to expand its business in West Wareham.

This expansion will enable Master Millwork to almost triple in size, going from 25,000 square feet to 67,000 square fee of facility space with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and solar power for green energy operations. To assist with the increase in production once construction is complete in January 2022, the business plans to hire 10 to 30 new employees.

Master Millwork “We have developed a strong working relationship with John Davison and Rockland Trust over the years and appreciate how they nurture a hands-on, relationship-driven, local bank feel while also bringing the horsepower of a large national bank,” said Jesse Kirby, President of Master Millwork.

Master Millwork is a commercial architectural millwork and cabinetry firm, offering construction services throughout New England and the Mid Atlantic. The company provides turn-key and custom-built interior finish carpentry services specializing in senior living, multi-unit apartments, hotels, restaurants, libraries and schools.

These loans will coincide with two Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loans financed from South Eastern Economic Development Corporation (SEED). By working with SEED for an SBA 504 loan, Master Millwork will have 90 percent of the loan financed between both SBA and Rockland Trust.
