Who is your role model / mentor? All the wonderful people who inspire me with their books and podcasts, including: “How to be a Great Dad” (Larry Hagner); “Confidence Building” (Dr. Aziz Gazupura); “Peak Physical and Mental Performance” (Dr. Andrew Huberman); Lewis Howes' “School of Greatness” and “The Iceman” (Wim Hof).
What mistake has taught you the most? Tearing my ACL in 2010 was the first real injury I ever had. I heard so many different stories from people who have had the same injury and about their recovery or lack thereof. I was determined to fully recover and I learned the true impact of mindset and focus on achieving a result. I have had zero physical setbacks and emerged from the injury more active and confident than ever.
