EDGARTOWN, MA, November 15, 2018: Martha’s Vineyard Bank, the Island’s only full-service, Island-based bank, is pleased to announce that Ms. Lesley Heidt and Ms. Jill Hobby Napior were elected and welcomed as Corporators at the Bank’s Annual Meeting of the Corporators, held on November 14, 2018.
Ms. Lesley Heidt is a partner and principal broker of Sandpiper Realty. She moved to the Island full-time in 1997 and joined Sandpiper Realty in 1998. In 2011, she assumed ownership of the agency along with her sister and business partner. Lesley holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License, and is well equipped to provide her agents and clients with considerable insight and expertise in all aspects of real estate. Over the years Ms. Heidt served on the Finance Committee for the Cape Cod and Island Association of Realtors, Inc. and the Multiple Listing Service, Inc. She also has volunteered with various organizations, including the Parents Advisory Committee of the Martha’s Vineyard Community Service Center’s Family Network.
Ms. Napior, a real estate broker for Tea Lane Associates, has been in the real estate industry since 1995. Jill is a co-owner/founder of Radius Construction Inc. which specializes in custom home building on Martha’s Vineyard with a focus on real estate management. This skill set has allowed her to bring a thoughtful level of experience to the brokerage transaction process from start to finish. As a broker for Tea Lane Associates, she is committed to the highest level of excellence when serving clients and the community, and has been involved with various organizations such as Island Affordable Housing but currently has been focused on education and community building efforts as a 6 year member of the Student Advisory Committee.
Both Ms. Heidt and Ms. Napior bring considerable insight and expertise in all aspects of real estate and a deep commitment to community service.
