Nauset Disposal hires Cape native Kristin Seay Hoffman

Nauset Disposal, a locally owned and operated waste management company based in Orleans, is pleased to announce that Kristin Seay Hoffman has joined the management team as Administrative Coordinator. The company has seen a substantial increase in its residential and commercial customer base regionally; this appointment marks Nauset Disposal’s commitment to growth, while maintaining excellent service and performance.
An Eastham native, Kristin has spent much of her career managing some of Cape Cod’s best known restaurants. Kristin and her husband also own Fitness Revolution in Orleans, where her role includes everything from marketing to bookkeeping. In her new role at Nauset Disposal, Hoffman is managing the company’s Customer Service staff and Sales team, overseeing day to day operations and improving office processes and procedures. Her experience leading multiple projects and staff in a fast paced environment will be a powerful addition to the growing company.

An active community member, Hoffman is involved in several local organizations. She is a board member at the Charles Moore Arena in Orleans and a representative for the Lower Cape Figure Skating Association. She is also involved with Cape Wellness Collaborative and the Lower Cape Relay for Life. Kristin resides in Orleans with her husband and two children.
