Nauset Disposal, one of Cape Cod’s leading disposal companies, is pleased to announce that the company was recognized as “Small Business Champion” at the annual SCORE Awards Breakfast on May 18th at the Old Yarmouth Inn in Yarmouth Port. This award is in recognition of Nauset Disposal’s commitment to small business on the Cape.
“Cape Cod has a truly amazing small business community, and we’re thankful to be a part of it,” Shawn DeLude, President of Nauset Disposal states. “I’d like to thank SCORE Cape Cod for recognizing Nauset Disposal for this prestigious award, and I’d also like to thank the businesses on Cape Cod that support us day in and day out. Without their support, we wouldn’t be in this position.”
Many other businesses were honored at the awards breakfast with the “Better Mousetrap” awards, several of which are Nauset Disposal’s customers: GUAPO’s Tortilla Shack, Monroe Motors, Animal Hospital of Orleans and Home Instead Senior Care. Criteria for these awards include being in business for three to five years, profitability and support of the local community.
