The Family Pantry of Cape Cod has announced its new Board of Directors.
Three new members were added to the Board of Directors who share the passion to feed those in need have agreed to serve for a three-year term; John DeVito from Plymouth, part of Cape Cod Five’s commercial lending team has become a new finance committee member and volunteer. He brings strong financial analysis skills to the Board. Craig Morong of Chatham, principle of Atlantic Financial Partners, former member of a YMCA board in CT has become a new finance committee member and volunteer. He brings strong financial investment skills to the Board. Rick Roy of Chatham and Owner of Rick Roy Construction has been a long time supporter of the Pantry. He renovated the new Second Glance Thrift Boutique and the main Pantry in Harwich and was the recipient of the Presidents award at 2016 Gala.
Six new members of the Board of Trustees were also added. Nancy Diel DiGiovanni from Harwich whose Brother Leo was a long time supporter and volunteer. Mary Kocot who has volunteered for 16 years with the Pantry, is a Team leader on Tuesday mornings, a former board member and officer as well as a long time supporter. Pete Moynagh of Harwich a former board member, volunteer since 2006, volunteer driver for food pick up who orchestrated the renovation of the new Second Glance Thrift Shop. John Our of Harwich and principle of the Robert B Our Company a supporter of the Pantry through countless projects with vast experience across the Cape will be a valued ambassador of the Pantry. Anne Watson a volunteer since 1996, former Board Member for many years whose held various roles throughout the years and Daniel Wolf of Harwich and former MA state senator and owner of CapeAir who has been a long time supporter of the Pantry through the Gala and other events and recipient of the founders award in 2016.
We welcome the new board of directors and trustees. We look forward to the talent that they will add to the existing boards.
