New England Wellness Solutions (http://newellnesssolutions.com), a full-service family practice providing comprehensive healthcare services including Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Reiki and more, today announced the acquisition of The W Spa, located in Weymouth.
Under terms of the acquisition, The W Spa will now operate under the name New England Wellness Solutions.
With the addition of this second location, New England Wellness Solutions (formerly known as Nutrapy) now operates from two locations: Hanover (90 Rockland Street) and Weymouth (75 Finnell Drive).
The W Spa was first launched in 2014 by the owners of the Weymouth Club, to complete their mission of a healthy lifestyle. New England Wellness Solutions owner and Chief Clinical Officer Jimmy Chung Duong purchased the business from Steve and Sally Goldman for an undisclosed sum. Duong said that they have significant expansion plans for this Weymouth location, including the addition of new services and bringing additional professional team members on board.
There are currently 16 members of the team in Weymouth location, all of whom will remain with the practice. The new owners will expand services offered to include botox, and the integration of Acupuncture and Eastern Asian medicine. Additionally, they offer Massage, Organic Skin Care, and medical spa services.

There will be a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 26 at 4 p.m. New England Wellness Solutions will feature the South Shore Chamber, North River Business Alliance, Business Alliance Meeting, SSYP, and local BNI chapters. Hors d’oeuvres will be served with a cash bar for open networking. The public is cordially invited.
