Their impact extends beyond direct services through our patient advocacy\, outreach\, support groups\, and education efforts. \nTheir unique model promotes treatment access and improves the likelihood of positive outcomes\, while advancing health equity for marginalized patients – an essential foundation for their success and empowerment.
