The Peabody Companies (www.peabodyproperties.com), a group of property management and real estate firms, has announced that Kristen Fowler, resident services manager at Braintree Village, has earned a Fair Housing Compliance (FHC™) designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

Individuals who achieve FHC™ designation are trained to understand complex and far-reaching fair housing laws.

Fowler, a resident of Whitman, joined The Peabody Companies in 2007.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College and a master’s from Bridgewater State College, now known as Bridgewater State University.  In 2019, Fowler earned the Specialist in Housing Credit Management® (SHCM®) designation, issued by NAHMA.

Braintree Village is a community of 324 apartment homes that offer supportive services and coordinated activities.

“We’re so proud of Kristen,” said Lee Estabrook, vice president of human resources for the Peabody Companies. “The FHC designation is a great accomplishment; we appreciate the effort and commitment shown by her to the Braintree Village community, The Peabody Companies in general, and her own professional development.”
