In this executive level role, her focus will be on expanding the objectives within the company’s five-year strategic plan, including the implementation of strategies for employee engagement and the development of policies and procedures.
McCann joins Peabody Properties with extensive experience as a human resources executive; she began her career in 1995 at Fidelity Investments where she developed HR proficiency in a variety of key roles. Her career background also includes tenure with Gateway, Inc., as VP of Human Resources and Recruiting with RueLaLa, and most recently with Cambridge BioMarketing as Managing Director of Culture and Talent.
A graduate of The University of Phoenix, McCann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She is a member of The Society of Human Resource Management and the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
