1. Please place your documents in the appropriate (Recorded Land or
Registered Land) manila folder. Please legibly write your name &
phone number on the folder.
2. Please call the applicable number below to advise Registry staff
that you have documents ready for recording.

3. Registry staff will call the designated phone number when the
documents are recorded.
