Redbrook Wins Six Prism Awards

Team Redbrook, which represents the A.D. Makepeace Company of Wareham as developer, and the Valle Group of Falmouth, Whitman Homes of Canton, and The Stabile Companies of Nashua, N.H. as builder-partners, won six Prism Awards at the recent Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB) awards ceremony, held virtually this year.

The annual awards celebrate the best of the region’s residential building industry.

Redbrook Mayflower II homeThe Redbrook community in Plymouth, when completed, will consist of Redbrook 1,200 homes, including single family houses, duplexes, townhouses and condos situated in a village setting with undeveloped green space. The village’s four Gold awards included Best Team of the Year and Best Ad Campaign. In addition, the team won Gold Awards for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Under $650,000 for The Fern, and Best Attached Home Under 2,000 square feet for The Mayflower II. Both homes are designed and built by The Stabile Companies.

Redbrook Mayflower interiorRedbrook netted silver awards for Best Attached Home Under 1,800 square feet for The Emerald Townhome by Whitman Homes, and Best Universal Design for the Redbrook Apartments, a joint venture of the A.D. Makepeace Company and Campanelli of Braintree.

Redbrook has won a total of 32 of the prestigious awards since the new village welcomed its first homeowners in 2015. i
