Rogers & Gray Insurance has been named for the first time to the Boston Business Journal 2017 Best Places to Work program.
This year’s companies were divided among five different categories — extra small (20 to 49 employees), small (50 to 99 employees), medium (100 to 249 employees), large (250 to 999 employees) and extra large (1,000 employees and over) — and were selected based on survey responses provided by employees. Rogers & Gray ranked in the medium category.
David Robinson, President & CEO, Rogers & Gray, says they have remained true to their commitment to core values both with their customers as well as their employees.
“Our employees are the lifeblood of our company and the most important asset we have,” said Robinson. “We continually strive to create a culture that fosters appreciation, respect, support and growth. It’s an honor to be recognized for that commitment by the Boston Business Journal.”
The Boston Business Journal (BBJ) will recognize this year’s honorees during its annual Best Places to Work event scheduled for the evening of Thursday, June 22 at Symphony Hall in Boston.
“The BBJ’s Best Places to Work awards program is one of our most competitive programs in terms of how many companies participate each year and always one of our most successful in terms of how many people attend our awards event,” said Carolyn M. Jones, the Boston Business Journal Market President and Publisher. “This year well over 300 companies submitted surveys and once again we are extremely excited to be able to recognize these employers that clearly value their employees and go the extra mile to create great workplaces.”
