Duffy Health Center is pleased to announce that Sara Grambach has joined the Leadership Team as Director of Development and Community Relations.
Ms. Grambach has lived and worked on Cape Cod for ten years in development, marketing and communications roles at Cape Cod Healthcare and Cape Cod Academy. She holds a BA in Journalism from The University of Georgia and an MS in Health Communications from Tufts University School of Medicine. Ms. Grambach began her career working in health communications and health care operations with Genzyme Corporation and Partners HealthCare.
Sara has served as a Town Councilor for the Town of Barnstable and on the board of Cape Cod Young Professionals. In 2016, Sara was named one of the area’s 40 Under 40 awardees by Cape & Plymouth Business Magazine. In her role at Duffy, Ms. Grambach will oversee all aspects of fundraising and will oversee the center’s marketing and communications efforts.
Sara lives with her family in Marstons Mills.
