Stewart Painting is a family-owned & operated business, and the Stewart "family" extends to the Stewart Painting family. All employees are family here...Stewart Painting wants all the members of their extended family to thrive.

As the company grows, Sheldon is making sure his employees are being rewarded for their part in that growth. In the past 4 years, he has instituted many, many employees benefit from health and dental insurance to 401k with company matching, paid time off, and several bonus opportunities, not to mention new flexible schedules.

Of course...Stewart has a complete training program for growth.

Stewart Painting always tries to promote from within...all of our current Crew Leaders were hired as painters and moved up through the ranks.

Pain it Forward... a program in which the company, employees, and partners donated a free house painting to a deserving family.

Stewart Painting uses every avenue possible...We talk, we use the phone, we text, we email, we zoom and we even use "slack"...There are gatherings for employees & their families whenever possible (although COVID has reduced those)
In what ways does the organization give back to their community? Please provide an example.
Stewart Painting and its employees have always tried o do their part. Pops by the Sea was an event that was always a high point of the year where employees got together and donated their time, we had a company breakfast and then headed to the waterfront to do our part. Stewart Painting has participated in Coat drives and food drives and Toys for Tots. There are too many organizations to list that Stewart Painting has donated to.
